I am Shadi, multi-award winning property manager, recognised and esteemed for my infinite passion for property management and people, and it’s with this passion that After Hours is born. Having been in the industry for many years, I saw a need for a unique service that is aimed at property managers and visionary business owners who value health, well-being and the importance of work-life balance. My service is not about saving you time or changing the way property managers work, it’s simply to help property managers create and enjoy time after they finish at 5 pm, and enjoy the weekends with family and friends or doing whatever they want. Unlike most professions, unfortunately, property management doesn’t end at 5 pm, whilst most tasks can wait for the next day to be attended to, health, safety, and emergency maintenance needs to be attended as soon as possible, it’s a legal and moral obligation. At After Hours we will answer your emergency calls for urgent maintenance issues that arise, not only that we will use your preferred tradesmen to carry out the required work and send you a report the next business day.
